Your account
You are responsible for your account, your phone number/password, and the accuracy of the information you enter. Keep your password private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not upload false, harmful, or infringing content, and do not misuse other users’ contact details. Agro-input companies must list only genuine, legally permitted products with accurate label information.
Important — agro-input (medicine) advice
Crop-medicine suggestions, dosages and the AI advisor are informational only. Product information is supplied by the listed companies. Pesticide and fertilizer use must follow the official product label and local regulations. Always confirm the product, dose and timing with your local dealer or agriculture officer before use. Krishak+ is not liable for crop damage, health effects, or losses from acting on this information.
Company listings
Companies are verified before their products appear, but we do not guarantee any product’s performance or legal status. Listings are the responsibility of the listing company.
Payments & plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan, charges are shown before payment and processed by our payment partner. Taxes apply as per law.
Service & changes
We work to keep the service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may add, change, or stop features, and update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Krishak+ and Capturo are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including decisions based on prices, weather, or agro-input information shown.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gujarat.
